Please list the wheel widths and offsets as the wheels are staggered.

The wheels are not staggerd. They are 225/18 40 all around. They fit fine as i bought them from Arnel who knows what he is talking baout when it comes to rims. As for shipping whatever it is to you destination from Los Angeles is what i ll charge, i am not goign to markup up shipping.
