cheaper without tires?
i'm not local. i live in WA
what's the difference between le's and ce's?

These le's are a limited edition version of the ce's.

I believe that there were only 20 sets made in the 17" size.

I am not willing to take the tires off, it will cost money to do that, which if anything would make me want to sell them for more.

These rims go for $2250 i think without tires, so this is a pretty sweet deal, look at it as free tires.
