Mugen Hardtop direct from King is $2800 + roughly $300 for shipping. Why would someone pay $200 more?

sorry. i bought it from them for 2800 + shipping and shipping was not 300. It was more than that. I bought it altogether for about 3300 from king. I haven't even opened mine. So basically, its like buying it from them except with me, the buyer might be able to work out a local pickup. AND i also said OBO if you didn't see. So it's not like i'm not open to offers. But thanks for the comment anyway.

I can't believe they charged you more then $300 to ship that sucker. What a major rip if they did. Local pick-up is great, but they are still paying for shipping if they matched your price, so what's the difference?

Has the box been opened to inspect the condition of the top? Or is it still sealed?

biggest reason would be NO Waiting time. King Motorsports don't usually stock these and the wait is completely unreasonable as they force you to pay them full amount, but then you wait for months at a time. just my .02
