This is a new video produced for the US market by D's Club (Daijiro Inada, Founder/Chairman of Option Video's US publishing label).

The DVD is a reigon 1 (US) DVD and is subtitled in English, covering the D1GP USA event held in August of 2003. The DVD is hosted by the usual Video Option celeberties.
