System is off the car. Total weight is 30lbs. It's a header back so consider the catalytic converter when determining weight savings.

with the system as-is yes, you will get a CEL due to no cat in the stock location. I can provide a fix if you'd like. It's just a matter of placing the secondary sensor out, away from the exhaust flow.
