Default CA Sparco SPX Special Edition Black Alcantera/Leather Carbon Fiber Seats (Pair)

Name: David
Location: Redondo Beach, CA
Contact: PM
Price: SOLD

I had these mint Sparco SPX seats installed for about 5 months but as it is not a daily driver they did not see much seat time (about 250 miles) which is unfortunate since they are super comfortable and supportive. They are still in almost new condition, the only blemish being on the seat back of the passenger side seat, as pictured. These seats are unique as they are finished a semi-matte on the carbon backs as opposed to the standard gloss or matte (special edition), and have black sticking on black leather/alcantera.

To be honest, I loved these seats, and still believe they are 100% the best reclinable/folding seat available. They are super light due to the carbon fiber construction, grippy (alcantera center panels), and comfortable (supportive perforated leather side bolsters). They are considered one of the only (if not the only) supercar seats available aftermarket (this seat is available as an option in the 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio and the 2018 Lotus Evora), for more info you can check out https://www.sparcousa.com/product/spx.

The only reason I am selling is my plans for the car have changed.

I will consider splitting them however I would prefer to sell them as a set, I will not sell the driver side without having a buyer for the passenger side already.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks

Same question. How to they sit compared to stock? Do you have any pictures of them when they were in the car?

Sorry perhaps I should have specified, these are bottom mount seats so you would need a floor adapter specific to the S2000 to mount them, such as these seat bases Sparco makes: https://www.sparcousa.com/product/seat-base-600-series

They sit similar height to stock but with much more support in the seat and side bolsters. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of them installed.

Any rubbing issues on the door panels? Can you still open the glove box?
