Default brand new oem brake pads

I got a brand new front and rear set of brakes. I got screwed over by the dealership. They tricked me into buying them when my brakes had 80% life left and they told me i was 1mm close to nothing.
I just want my money back and i'll half the shipping prices? or maybe just pay for it myself..
$130 (same price as the honda dealership)

cant you just return them to the dealership and get a full price return. Or were they installed already?
