Default Big Bore Throttlebody with Ported Intake Manifold

Stock Rough Cast Runners



Ported, Smoothed, Matched with the Big Bore Throttle Body.




The Throttlebody is same diameter inside on both the sides and new butterfly flap to match the new diameter. The Intake Manifold's Throttlebody side is also port matched to the new diameter.

It doesn't get better than this.

The Fuel Rail and Injectors has less than 7k miles on them.







Remember you are getting:

-Fuel Injectors
-Fuel Rail
-All Sensors and Hoses
-Completely Ported Throttlebody all the way through!
-Port and Polished Intake Manifold matched to the Throttle body

This is the single biggest Intake Modification you can do short of FI.

Will fit all years except 06. Thats a different Intake manifold and TB.

stock 04 injectors and fuel rail.

The point of this setup is to allow as much air to come in as possible and as turbulance free as possible. The gain depends and will vary greatly on your complimentary mods. Just putting it on stock car, you might not gain much. But with full exhaust and intake and tuning, you probably can come close to to 70%-80% performance of an ITB imo.

70mm is the max a stock throttlebody can be bored out to.

also, are you sure yours is bored out all the way thru? Not just the opening, but the entire passage and mated to the IM.
