It fit in the CD changer port and the sound is extremely clean. I just upgraded to an Alpine and plan to keep the stock HU for backup. But I don't need this any longer.
I also have a hard drive based MP3 player offer for sale. Would be willing to hear offers about a package deal.

I can't confirm that. I suggest you go the Crutchfield site. Put in your car info. and search for the IPOD and Aux devices. If it comes up it will work with your head unit. I don't know if Honda used the same connectors with the Accord units. However if the CD changers are the same then there should be not problems.
