It isn't a rising rate fuel pressure regulator is it?

Forgive my ignorance, but if it isn't rising rate under what circumstances would it benefit me?

Does this mean you won't have to drill into the fuel rail? Or do you still have to?

It is not a RRFPR/FMU. This allows you to adjust fuel delivery pressure. It's useful for fine tuning, especially if you run a mechanical fuel delivery system for forced induction, etc.

It is a direct bolt-on to the OE fuel rail, no drilling required.
