Who has the J's Racing CF Hood in Stock?

I've had both of the authentic J's Hoods. I currently have the Type V.
I can tell you first hand that the fit and finish isn't even comparable to the cheap knock-offs. The J's hoods look much better in person and actually look like an upgrade as opposed to a lot of the cheap CF out there that looks cheaper than the OEM units they replace.
I've run both hoods with just the stock latches and haven't had any problems.
As far as fittment, while some can just pop the hood on, others will still have to adjust their hinges / latches a little bit. Everyone's cars are different and their body panels may not be in exactly the same tolerances as others, so don't be outraged if you have to adjust it a little. You can, however, be sure that the hood will fit properly with adjustment. Cheaper knock offs will often still not fit even after being properly adjusted.
Both hoods get a from me, but get the Type V if you want to fit a J's / Mugen intake without cutting
