What's the craziest offset I can run for the rears 17x9 volk ce28n with the rears not cut for flares.

well what sized tire do u want to run in the rear?

+63 or +65 if you don't wanna mod your fenders

Probably 17x9 +45 with a 245/40/17 tire. Fenders would have to be rolled if youre lowered. Also, im not sure what offset they offer around that size.

You will rub occasionally with 275's and +63. I've removed all my stereo equipment and still occasionally rub(-2.25 rear camber & 550 springs). Fenders are rolled. I find it acceptable.
