here is j's racing over fender http://www.aj-racing.com/catalog/product.p...9&cat=95&page=1 . look just like the ASM. Im sure a body shop can replace the panel but its just a lot of money, thats why I flared mine out then put the overfender over it.

My friend made custom wide metal flares for a Civic on the rears, cut & welded, and it cost the kid over $2k, so yeah, it's going to be pricey, and very difficult to take it back to a stock look.
