I have one but it wasnt signed. I think the newer ones now get signed.

the signed ones are pretty rare. ichishima won't be signing all spoon valve covers.

I've been hearing that people are having problems clear coating it. That the clear coat has trouble staying on the signature part.

Has anybody gotten theirs clear coated successfully?

No problem here. 1.5 years so far on my signed valve cover and signed spark plug cover.
