It's not a matter of just finding a tuner Frank. You can only get the HKS Fcons tuned from an "HKS certified" tuner.

Buschur racing in ohio is the only one out of that list that I would go to. Knowing what I know about their successes in the drag scene gives me some confidence in their ability. I'm only apprehensive about their honda knowledge, they've been a dedicated DSM tuner for quite some time. They actually have an RUF style production line for evo's if I'm not mistaken.

Saving grace: I am planning on using this for a FI'd application so it gives me courage.

Alterred Atmosphere? I wouldn't do it unless you had no other choice, Dylan. Price sucks. Service sucks. Tunes seem to be good, though...

Tunes are good? I don't mind paying extra for a good tune. However, I've heard they've blown a lot of motors while on the dyno. (which I'm not willing to deal with if that's the case)

I hadn't heard about the blown motors (then again I don't really keep up with them cuz I simply HATE the owner), but when I say they're pricing is high, I mean it's completely unreasonable. The owner is a complete cock and a half. In fact, one of his employees reads these forums so I'm hoping he reads this (though this is nothing he doesn't already know). When your employees advise you to go elsewhere, you have a serious problem.

To give you an idea, the owner has his dad working for him and treats his dad like complete trash...My family owns a couple businesses and I have never treated an employee the way this guy treats his dad. It's just crazy. Isn't Curry's certified to tune HKS? They are pricey, but not as pricey as AA and they know what they're doing.

Altered Atmosphere? If I learned anything from my years on 3SI its stay away from AA.
