New S2000 Related Things for 2006.
Hello everyone, this is my first post since my return from Japan. I've been loaded up on emails and I'm just about finshed catching up. Unfortunately I'm suffering from some currently unknown problem with my finger that has been making typing complete hell for the past three weeks, so I'll keep this short and sweet.
We have some amazing photos from our trip to Japan and a lot of new information to share. We will be revamping our gallery on the Bulletproof website with higher resolution images and we'll be jumpstarting it with a new photo gallery of tokyo auto salon 06. later on I'll add more photos from tas 05, 04, behind the scenes at d1 events, etc. ALL IN HI RESOLUTION (which I feel is really needed to truely enjoy such unique cars)
TAS 06 was the year of the S2000 widebody. There are so many widebody kits now for the S2000 that I'm truely still in shock over it. Slowly but surely we'll be adding these products and others to our website, as we get more caught up on our work. I personally added my favorite new widebody to the website yesterday.
Tracy Sports Widebody
The maker is the company responsible for building the amazing new c-west time attack prototype version 2 (the shop c-west used for the build-up). They are finally getting into some of their own original products and I'm always excited to see new brands and well thought out and engineered products enter the market.
06 will be another exciting year for S2000 tuning and racing. There are a lot of great new parts, already two S2000s running 57 seconds at Tsukuba and there is a lot of focus in Japan on the S2000 for tuning. I expect that by the end of 2006 a s2000 will have broken into 56 second range at Tsukuba.
ASM's time attack car is mind blowing in person, and Kanayama san was nice enough to give me a behind the scenes tour of ASM and all of their demo cars. The ASM time attack car replaces top secret's v8tt g35 widebody as my current favorite tuner car. the car is simply flawless. It is just unfortunate that nearly nobody can ever afford one like it. The satisfaction of building the ultimate s2000 and the ultimate s2000 products must be a little diminished knowing that they cant be shared with many people because production costs are so insanely high.
More updates will be coming in to this thread as we get caught up further, make further progress on updating all of our websites and build out the new photo gallery section (which will be the only hi resolution jdm gallery that I know of)

It was only a matter of time before the widebody crazy hit the S2000 like it did the NSX years later. Too bad they didnt have some of them when a lot of us would have actually been interested in them back in 2000-2002, now 6 years later at the end of the S2k production they come out 
. Thats very disappointing. Ohh well, cant wait to see the new NSX.
