3metal brackets
2 go on the hose that connects to the intake manifold
1 goes onto where the intake filer cover connects to the chamber
funny rubber thing
goes onto your metal brace under the intake, it hold your map sensor
tint hole on underside of intake
there to drain water if any does get trapped in your intake cover.
hope this helps.

Also I'm currently running the AEM V2 intake and as I recall, the vacuum lines were reconfigured during the installation of the V2. Do I keep the vacuum lines the same or reconfigure them back to stock? If so, then how?

from what I remember, the lines are kept the same as stock and are only shorten or lengthened depending on location. I believe they supplied the longer one and you just cut the ones that need to shortened.
i'll take pics tonight, i'm kinda in the middle of things right and was just checking if you needed pics.
