just thought you guys might be interested in seeing the inside of a j's racing catch can:

^^ yup. originally i had asked around and no one could tell me if this thing was baffled or not. Judging by most jdm catch cans, i assumed that it was not so I brought it to Chris at CPR fabrications to have him install some sort of baffle. i'll post up pics when i get it back.

I'm not a racing engineer but seems like J's did a decent job on the baffle, the in and outlets are relatively "far" apart since the oil cannot enter the outlet but needs to work its way down around the baffle.
This way there is enough time to condense the oil vapor.
It could be improved tough but it a lot better than the most aftermarket catch cans! )
Can someone tell me if i'm right?

for $550, it shouldn't need any improvements.
We will be releasing a revised version of our cooling tanks WITH A BAFFLED CATCH CAN very soon, and it will still be $150+ Cheaper than the J's.
