just remember when you free up air intake and free up exhaust your actually leaning out the motor slightly... the ECU will adapt over time and compensate for it.

As far as gains you will get some.. not a whopping 20whp but a realistic 10-12hp more with the I/H/E setup.

mine makes 300 cuz vtec kicks in at 1k rpms lol

i bet if you richen the mix at 1K you will get more tq... since the S2K runs almost 13.5:1 during heavy load...
