How do cam gears and pulleys help?
I heard they make great differences in other cars, what about ours? Where the heck can I find them for our cars?

Idea behind pulleys is usually less rotating mass which frees up power but your ac, alternator, etc whatever runs off the crank performs at a lower efficiency. Cam gears are so you can adjust your cam timing ie retard or advance your cams

Do they actually make any power though? I picked up 8 whp in my old Prelude from a set of Skunk 2 cam gears, has any one made any gain from a set on the s2k?

I'm sure they will make a small gain but I don't know if Anyone has tried them. All I ever hear is cams/cam gears make no power but I'm wondering if anyone plays with cam timing? Or if they just slap them on and hit the dyno.

You can get pulleys from RickS2k.com not sure if you'll be able to see any difference in power at all. And IMO I wouldnt go messing with the cams until you've maxed out pretty much everything else, a lot of money for a little benefit in power.
