Default comptech header

is it true that comptech header make less power than the stock one.. please let me know asap. im running a comptech header and dont want it to be on my car if its making less power.

Comptech supposedly makes more power than stock, but you'll have to dyno.

Nope...they just have the distinction of being one of the few (if not the only) aftermarket companies whose products are sold and installed at select Honda/Acura dealerships.

According to Comptech's website, their header provided some gains...but then again, I have yet to see anyone here on this forum test it on their own, to prove Comptech's claims.

I was planning on purchasing one of those headers myself, as I figured it would compliment my Comptech blower, but I'm kind of weary plunking down that kind of cash for something that may or may not add power. From what I've gathered, "in theory" the 4-1 design of that header would be useful for top-end power, especially benefitting supercharged S2000s.

Have you dyno'ed your car already? (prior to installing the header, as a baseline)
