Default Berk vs. Megan Racing

I'm looking to purchase a header in the next few weeks and I am looking at buying either a Berk or Megan Racing. These seem to fit my budget since I can't afford to spring for a j's right now. I have only heard good things about Berk and wanted to know what kind of gains I can get with their header. Megan seems nice and the price is great but I haven't seen anyone say anything positive about it yet. Help me out.

I have a berk testpipe and have been really happy with the quality. If i was looking for the best "bang for your buck" header i would get the berk. Its alot cheaper than the amuse header i want.

How does the berk compare to the Ricks header?

Well considering both manufacturers claim a 6 hp gain, I'd say the only advantage the Ricks offers is the fact that it uses factory heat sheilds to reduce under the hood temps. With that though, Berk offers heat coating on it's headers...and that option is still cheaper than the Ricks.

I went with Berk

well... i heard that honda took a lot of time to make their s2k headers so i wouldnt go with cheaper headers if its significant increase in performance your looking for IMO.

i am not looking for 20+hp, but a little mid range and top end would be nice. and its not its going to cost an arm and leg for these either.

well, I can make a header out of air ducts and sell it for 1100 bucks and call it JDM, would you buy it?

Price does not always equal Quality
