Not sure. The main issue is where the bolts from the rail goes into the seats. I'm hedging to say that the Bride rails may not work with the Recaros without custom-fabrication (unless they're Recaro rails badged as Bride). The lowering rails on mine are also from Recaro. Stock seat belt harnesses can be used even though I won't.
Those ASM rails you mentioned above are for all the Recaros seats, like the pole position, SPG

If you want a FIA seat do not go with the GIAS/STRADIS they do not meet FIA requirements.
I have never seen a seat that is reclineable meet FIA requirements.
Bride FIA seats
Zeta III standard is FIA (checking on the Type L to see if it is also FIA)
MAXIS III
GARDIS III
Also look at Racetech seats.
I got a chance to sit in the 4009WHR (wide version with helmet restraint padding) which is 16.2" inside hip width and surprisingly it was real comfortable.
I am 5'8' 260LBS 38" waist and I could have sat in the seat for hours.
The 4009W (wideversion)is only 16" inside hip dimension but the shells are the same so there is slightly more padding in the 4009W.
Only problem with them is the shoulder bolster will need to be trimmed down a bit.
They measure 24
