asm rear overfender question

I'm interested in a piece that would bolt to the rear bumper and "finish" the arc of the fender flare piece.

The bodyshop is Done rite Autobdy in NY State. He is opening up a new shop in NJ in 3 months, and considering a possible name change.

if they do make a piece to compliment the over fender to the rear bumper then they should produce and release to the public.
