the bumper isnt going to crack. make sure u get a decent body shop and theyll be able to mold it onto the bumper.. NO BONDO was used as far as I know.
its not going to crack any more then a regular bumper would crack. im running tein SRC's which arent made for comfort. Ive had no problems.

In case anyone was wondering how ASM cuts away the rear quarter panel. This is how they do it. The "gap" left by cutting away the fender is filled with epoxy resin to reinforce the rear quarter panel.

I was so upset- brought my car to the bodyshop, grabbed the drill and loaded the bit.
Had my friend line it up, and FAIL. Very upset.
I stole this pic from Tommy GoTuning (let me know if you want it removed).
As I wrote on the pic, I think this will fit on the car, but the rear side of the flare will hang over the stock quarterpanel and finish on the bumper part. If I make a mold of the piece, and then build up the mold about a CM it may hang right. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Did my overfenders this past Tues. It too me 3 hours to do the first one including rivets and all. 1 hour to get up the nerve to cut my fenders and 2 hours to do the work. Second one took 1 hour. It was well worth it.
