Hi all,
Going to wrap my header before I put it on. Does aanyone know what length of roll I will need to do a header?
Thanks,

Im sure youve read up on this but most will recommend not wrapping the header since it will disrupt the heat/flow.
and also can be bad if water or dirt gets mixed in.
everyone has their own thoughts, lets hear them. im dishing out some $$ for a J's Header soon as well

Well J's offer a ready wrapped one.
I used to wrap headers on my STi and that ran v v hot. I dont feel there is an issue other than cracking - and not heard of this on the J's.
Wrapping stock ones is a no no as they are mild steel and therefore will suffer from under wrapping corrosion.
So how much do I need??!!

When I got a Toda for my S2k a few years back, I had it Jet-Hot coated. I won't do wrap again...just too expensive of a risk. But YMMV.
