AEM EMS problem
My AEM EMS came back in the mail a week ago from AEM. They told me I had to load then tune back on for the car to work. I had my tuner e mail me the tune. I open the tune and it loads it on the EMS). I got the car started and it wouldn't stay on unless I gave it a little gas. While plugged in this it what comes up. The only thee things done sense the S2000 was driven last was re hooked up vacuum lines (correctly?) and put the GM 2 bar back on and the wide band is not wired up.
I unplugged the GM map and hooked up the stock Honda one. Then changed that I hooked up the Honda Map. The engine load went from 250 while on the GM to 190 on the Honda. under the Map wizard on aem power I tried every other map sensor and just received a more bogus reading.

Check the which firmware your original tune was created on and compared it to what's on the box and make sure they match. I've had issues before with my car not starting when my tune was created on an older version and the firmware was newer. You may have to use the older firmware to match your tune.

the firmware is 1.19.. shows it right in his screen shot
the map sensor isnt wired right, key on/engine off, engine load should be 100kpa +- a few kpa.
you also need to setup the tps voltage, it should be close to 0 percent, yours is almost 5%
edit.. nm i just realized you also posted this on HT and i replied the same thing there.. lol

His Firmware might be 1.19 now. but his car could have been originally tuned on 1.11.

I lost interest with HT. I hear its gotten way worse, so I don't even bother looking on there anymore. I started to post on 6speed, but that's not active enough for me. I'm still looking for another community to join at this point.
