Default aem ems installed

so finnaly installed the aem ems and serial gauge. idles great. drives so nice. vtec kicks in at 5k right now, rev limit at 8500. feels super smooth. wot is tuned to 13.2ish and part throttle is at 14.7. car feels great and is in closed loop mode now. took about 1.5 hours of driving around with my buddy manning the laptop to get it here. gonna go to the dyno in a few weeks to get wot tuned 100% with timing. i figure 2 hours of dyno and i will be set! still hoping for 225ish whp.

my buddy has tuned a car before so i felt pretty confident in his ability. he has a crx with a gsr, jackson charger 9psi with air to water intercooler. he tuned his with aem also.

i''l report back with before and after dyno numbers. my before was i think 212whp and 156tq. and the dyno guy let off at 7800 for some reason but by that time the car was at 12 to 1. the most annoying part is that when i used a lm1 to check my af it was reading better then it did at the dyno. not sure if the dyno read wrong or the lm1 read wrong, or the car just learned and richened up the mixture. whatever though, now i know 100% what is what. also, this time i will remember to tell him to hit the rev limiter!.

heres what i can tell you. from reccomendations on aem, i redid the calc table for air intake temps and water temps. i added 5% fuel before vtec and 10% fuel after vtec. i took out 2 degrees timing everywhere. with this car will run rich everywhere. which is where you want to be to start out. from there just start tuning!

the guilt in aem wideband. i had used an lm1 to check how the car was running, and it was reporting one thing, but when i dynoed i was a lot richer then the lm1 said. bottom line, i trust the built in right now.
