Mugen claims no HP gain on the 2.0l version header (mostly a weight reduction piece) I think it does improve the midrange a little though. They claim a 10HP gain on the 2.2l version on a stock AP2 Per Kings and Mugens website. Only dyno plot I've ever seen posted anywhere.
The 2.0l header will fit the 2.2l motor, but I dont see how the gains would be any different. I am sure someone has already ran this set up, but I have not heard or seen dynos with it.
I have the 2.2l header on my 2004 S2K and love it! I would recommend it to other 2.2l owners. The car feels a lot smoother and the butt dyno says it made some power, but have not dyno'd the car as of yet.
