I just got back in to town Robert, I hope that she is doing much better. My thoughts are with you. I know how attached I am with my dog I have had for 11 years now. Vic

My little girl is laying here at my feet. She's doing much better today.
The vet's office still hadn't been able to get her to eat or drink, but had seen she will with me. Since their office is closed on Wednesdays, they let her come home with me today. Her IV tube is still in just in case there is an emergency. Luckily my vet lives over here in Mandarin near me and has a small home clinic just in case. And he gave me his pager number should something happen.
She's off the heavy meds and walking fine for short distances. When she walked into the examining room for me to take her home she was so happy. Her little doggie butt was swinging as much as her tail.
As soon as she was home, she pretty much gobbled up a plate of food.
She's got a long recovery ahead...but this is one tough little bitch.
