What would be a good price for a 04 s2k?

I would think somewhere around $21K this time of year, depending on where you live. It's harder to sell an S2K in the fall so the price could be that low. Plus 45K miles is ungodly high for an '04.
My MY02 has 18.5K miles and I got it for $19.5K and that wasn't necessarily a "steal" but it was a good deal for such low miles.

A "good price" would be under 20k but whether you actually find one for that is another story.

I'd say $23-24k would be what you can expect. Some higher, some lower.
Somebody is always going to tell you a crazy story about the deal they just got, great for them, but when it's time to hit the bricks and find an actual car, chances are you won't find that same crazy deal.
