Default s2k education

well im looking for an s2k. tired of my damn Nissan and want some vtec haha! but yea im looking for any problems defects anything about the s2k. my Nissan has too many problems and im looking for a good reliable car. been leaning toward the AP2 but you AP1 guys let me hear it persuade me.

I have an AP2...only problem i have/had is with the ragtop.

50% more vtec in an ap1 6-9k rather than 6-8k !

I personally have an AP2, but I rest drove both and I ended up liking the AP2 better. This topic of which is better AP1 or AP2 is a 100% opinion battle that will never be resolved. The best advise I can give you is to go do what I did and test drive both. They are both reliable cars so you dont really have to worry about that. Obviously get it checked out before you buy it, but they are both good cars. Take it easy and good luck on figuring out what you want. Once you get one be sure to post up pics.

6-8 would = 2k rpm's of vtec.

50% of 2k is 1k

2k + 1k = 3k

6-9 would = 3k rpm's of vtec

AP2 = 1/3 less vtec

AP1 = 50% more vtec
