Is the $12,564 figure a TOTAL including drive offs? If so that is a great deal at 349/mth with nothing down. If this does not include the 2500 down I would negotiate more as you can get it lower.

I doubt the HT rumor as well because for many the HT would be a pain in the a@#. Where to put it if you are not using it. I like convertibles. If I wanted a hardtop I would buy a coupe.

I guess it's just 349x36 not including the drive off.

You need a TOTAL figure including driveoff. Remember the driveoff typically includes the first payment so your total should be: driveoff + 35 * monthly payments. You are being offered the deal listed on Honda's web site. It's ok but you can do much better. Somebody on S2Ki just posted about leasing an 08 for $341/mth + tax with $900 total at signing so they are negotiating the lease deal.. The S2K is not selling well at all right now and has been sliding for years.

Thanks, will do at the beginning of June once my work and personal travels end.Hopefully the interest rates will go down further by then.I'll probably lease and then buy since I'm not sure how I'll feel about it in 2011.

hi all,
i've been researching the S2000 for the past few months and i've learned a ton from this site.

i'm considering a 2008 lease. i'm only interested in getting white with red leather.

has anyone been able to negotiate a deal that's better than the current advertised lease...$349 per month?

and what have people been paying in terms of the extra fees...bank fees, acquisition fees, etc etc?

thanks

Wow! this is awesome info. I am going in at 10:00 tomorrow morning to negotiate my lease. I have no problem putting the $2500 at signing, and I am pretty sure I have a few hundred $$ in equity from my last lease '04 rsx( I owe 12,900. Black book is 14,000, and blue book is 17,000) the dealer has expressed interest in buying it off me.
So, I am hoping to get the car for under $325 a month. Is this insane, or should I stand firm on that?

oh yeah, this is also the thrid car I have purchased from said dealer
