Prospective UK Buyer Saying Hi
Hi All,
Signed up as I am going to be on the look out for an S2000 over the coming months.
Great forum and knowledge base here so I look forward to getting involved.
Currently own a Vauxhall VX220 (possibly known as an Opel Speedster to everyone across the Atlantic or in Europe) but it's no longer practical as my commute to work is now nearly 100 miles a day.
Pictures of current car:

And before it's said, a fair bit more archgap than I intend on running on an S2000!!!
Will be hunting for approx 2002/2003 model and hoping for a bit more refinement and comfort whilst retaining an involved driving experience.
Thanks

Awesome car!!! ECOTEC powered too - yes?
I saw one very similar to this in of all places... Seville, Spain.
One of my cars is ECOTEC powered too... 1972 Triumph TR6:

That Triumph is awesome, looks to be in incredible condition!
The VX220 I have is powered by a Z20LET engine... 4cyl Turbocharged Ecotec engine, currently producing around 240bhp. They were also offered with a 2.2 NA Ecotec engine.
I believe that they have only ever been offered for sale in the UK/Europe so I'd be quite surprised if any had made their way over to the US. However it shares its chassis with the Lotus range of vehicles, so I expect a few more of those to be around
Thanks for the welcome.
