Hi everyone,

I'm a brand new owner of a 2000, s2000, Silverstone grey with red leather interior. I picked this up a month ago from an original owner (after researching the crap out of this car) Alberta Canada who bought this brand new from a local dealer in 2000. With the exception of some rock chips in the windsheild, a few minor scratches, some dings on the front spoiler lip, and a bit of wear in the driver seat (sides where keys in your pants rub the seat)...the car is absolutely awesome. It only has 43k mileage.

This is the most fun vehicle I have ever owned. I've owned lots of motorcylces, including the wild and crazy Kawasaki 2 stroke triples and currently own a Honda 400 4 super sport, but nothing compares to this car. What a blast! I've brought it up to 8.5k to keep in powerband but haven't hit the governer yet. Corners are awesome but have less than stellar tires (owner put Toyo on the car, not bad but I can make that ass end slide quite a bit in hard turns).

I can't get enough of the vtec scream. I have come to regard m s2000 as an 'angry little car'. Love it.

Some things I've noticed, 1st - I get vibration when deceleration around 3k rpm. I've done research on this blog and found out it's the springs in the clutch (correct?). I'm not planning on doing anything about it, don't mind the noise at all. 2nd - I think I need new tires, these Toyo's make my arse end move too much. Any recommendations?
