I just want to say this is a pretty cool site from what ive seen so far. I just bought a 2004 Silver s2000. The car is in immaculate condition and has 5500 miles on it. Ive always wanted a sports car so this is my first. I love every aspect of driving it and cannot wait until summer is finally here(im in new york )

Here are a few pics (dirty) but all I have as of now. The car is completely stock except for some Alpine/Jl Audio stereo equipment.

Congrats on your purchase, need, and welcome to s2ki.com!

If you're driving in a chilly climate consider some winter shoes for the S.

Congrats on your new purchase!!
You'll love the car.
Slightly off-topic, but where can I buy snow tires @ a decent price?
I've tried Tirerack, but they only carry AS tires.
Thanks.

What are "AS" tires?

I've used TireRack before.

Oh, I'm sorry.. I was trying to say all-season tires.
I see no winter tire options from Tirerack.
Did you get winter tires, or all season?
Thanks.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. Ill try to get a few pics of the audio setup. Everything is hidden very well so whoever put it in did a very professional job. As for winter tires, I only drive it when the roads are dry. I LOVE this car so much. Cannot wait until summer to put the top down.

No, screw all seasons... You want winter tires if you're going to end up swapping seasonally with summer tires.

If you have chilly air but no snow, you will do well with Blizzak LM-22 winter tires. If you have snow, you want the WS-50 snow tires.

Of course there are other brands that work well too. Any "winter" tire will remain supple in cold temps, and that's the key, but only true snow tires have grip in the snow. ALl winter/snow tires have reduced grip in dry compared to our stock summer tires, but stock summers turn into bricks when the temps drop below about 40 degrees.
