New to me AP2 S2000 in Texas
Hello all,
I picked up an 04 S2000 with 125k miles back in March. I have several Evos and an F80 M3 but never a Honda before. I've replaced several things on it like pretty much every gasket and o-ring imaginable on the engine, all the spark plug connectors (cracked), all the fuel injector connectors (cracked), cam sensor connectors (cracked), coils, plugs, spark plug tube seals, fuel injector seals, belts, every single oil in the car, new rad, new CMC, shifter rebuild with new grease and plastic cage and pivot ball. Also did a valve adjustment and new RT 615k tires all around. Modifry cup holder and cell phone mount too before they stopped selling. Car came with new soft top installed already. Probably forgetting other things that I did that I learned on this forum. Car now leaks no oil and no coolant and drives amazingly. The shifter in this car is definitely GOAT level.
Things left to do: Billman TCT (trying to order one but not allowed to PM yet), engine, trans, diff mounts. Going to get the steering wheel re-wrapped by Redline to match shift boot I got from amazon. Thanks to everyone on the forum for all the information that helped me restore a great car!
Previous owner/shop RTV'd the cracked coil connectors to the coils lol
