both are good cars but the excitement the S2000 gives me is worth more than AWD grip or a 300hp turbo engine. btw welcome to the club!

As for the lights you need to buff the inside of the head lights.

I just came from an 07 stg II WRX to the 05 S2000. There are def. things that I miss from the Subie, mainly the incredible torque, but the S is just so much more fun to drive. As I found out this winter, it also handles really well in the snow, with proper tires of course. Anyway I am very happy with my switch to the S.

You don't need to buff the inside of your lights,so don't take them off. This is a common issue with the S. Take your time and read everything in these forums. lot's of great information. If you're going to switch your fluids please do some research on wich fluids they recommend on this site VS. what your owner's manual says. BTW on the lights, I've used an aluminum cleaning compound (which will come in handy with exhaust, rims, etc.) on a buffer ball (mothers red one) and that cloudyness to your lights will buff right out. Welcome to S2KI

i use a powerball (mini) and a cordless drill i picked up at a pawn shop (low torque setting the better- i think i got it for $8) and plastx and they worked great on mine. my parents just moved from parker- they really liked it there. welcome to the club. i recommend mobile 1 75-90 for the diff. do some research- the diffs are sensitive to the fluid.

thankz for the info guys! i heard a rumor (maybe a long shot) that honda might replace the headlights under warrenty? im ganna give it a show since i bout 4 year extended warrenty with my S. If not our detailer at my dealership said he can make them look brand new, but i should try and get free brand new ones first. So im ganna give it a shot
