New Guy!
Hey All! Name is Reuben...I own an '01, Black S2k that's been bone stock since recently. I purchased the car used from the second owner in Scottsdale, AZ. I've since moved to Sierra Vista, AZ. As I said the car was pampered for quite some time and kept 100% stock! I've always wanted an S2k! This is a daily driver for me...which I wish was not the case because I've racked up quite a few miles on it already!
Recently, I installed an AEM V2 Intake which I am starting to think was not such a great idea??!! I have never had a cold-air intake on any of my previous vehicles. All us Arizonans know how badly the monsoons can be and I fear the affects of water on the system. After the install I went to the carwash...not so great an idea! I sucked up just a bit of water and the car had a hard time starting. Has anyone else experienced this?? I purchased an AEM by-pass valve, but have yet to install it...
I was looking for advice on future mods. Wanted to see what other people out there have done. Supercharge? Turbo? Gear Swap? Exhaust? Headers? Voltage Stabilizers? NOS? Pistons? Brake Systems?
Any ideas would be welcomed!
Thanks!
Reuben

Welcome to the boards!
As far as modifications go, you should do alittle research for what you are looking for. A supercharger is a good way to add power, but may not be what you are looking for. Everything you have listed has been done, just look around, and you'll find what you want.
Good luck!!! and enjoy your hot rod!
