New girl from MA
Hey everyone, long time lurker, first time poster 
About a year ago, my boyfriend (S2KRally on here) sold his S2000 and my heart went with it, so I began the search for my own. I know everyone on says not to compromise and to hold out for exactly what you want, but I knew finding that for me was going to be tough (GPW/full red) so I concentrated on finding a car that wasn't beaten to hell and heavily modified, which led me to a Craigslist ad one morning for a MY00 Berlina Black on black and red down in Lebanon PA. 184k miles, and the interior was a little rough, no check engine light though and ran and drove perfectly. The price was excellent, and well below the market, definitely got a deal on it. 16 hours and almost 800 miles later, countless tolls, like 4 gas station stops, almost getting killed by a dead deer in the middle of the left lane on the highway, a bad car accident in NYC and an entire can of Monster exploding on my passenger seat, I pulled my new car in the driveway at my house!
So far I've replaced the ripped up red seats with mint blue seats, the worn red carpet with black, got the Ricks2k black leather console cover, blue floor mats, and replaced the red door panel inserts with blue ones. Also replaced the spark plugs, did the oil and filter change, added a K&N FIPK intake, a carbon fiber spark plug cover (mine was missing), and got a "rainbow" finish Moddiction titanium shift knob. The car came with a Greddy titanium exhaust and an aftermarket clutch. Waiting on Duolec diff fluid, then one Sunday I'll be changing all the fluids and doing the VC gasket and checking the valves. Future plans include a new paint job, coilovers, 18" CCW Classics with gold centers, and boost of course!
