Did you guys find that there are any common problems that arise when buying out of state?
These aren't significant problems, they work through easily...just a slight burden in waiting.

When I was looking for my s2k, I found there was a premium for White s2000s.
If you find another one and it's $500 over your budget, jump on it.
Just finance the rest through the bank. It'll be worth it.
Also, $500 isn't a large amount to finance.
Just don't buy that extra pair of shoes for the year and you've got the s2k in the color of your choice. =)
I made a list of top 3 colors i'd like and if the right deal came up, I'd jump on it.
I landed with silverstone and love the color.
But I have heard owning a loud color is a different experience all together.
I'm saving that for another phase in my life.
I've driven other cars. Cars that were faster but none come close the s2k experience.
I would only change cars for more seats and I don't need more seats right now.
Don't be surprised, there are people who have owned s2000s after s2000s. I don't know why but I can see myself doing this
Here are some things that might shape your s2000 experience:
Snappy gear shift. Snap snap snap and you're up for one $$$ ticket lol.
Satisfaction of a perfect heel toe rev match.
Dropping the top at a red light while other cars have to pull over.
(Most redlights are less than 15 seconds)
Fit 2 sets of golf clubs in the trunk and have the top down. Lots of convertibles can't do this.
What's the use of a fun/weekend car if you can't drive it out to play golf right?
Seats are very nice and daily friendly.
Redlining it STILL scares you once in a while. I remember when I first got it, I redlined it at lease once every day.
and of course the S2Ki community and cruises!

i made a top list of colors, too.
that list is great. top comes down in like 6 seconds, right? i've imagined doing that at a red light a countless number of times. can't wait...
