MCB - 00 S2000
Basically I have been lurking around here for a while and funds have allowed me to be able to purchase a 2000 S2000 (X reg) in Monte Carlo Blue, completely stock (minus radio), NO RUST, Jap import...
Leaving Aberdeen friday to travel 560 miles to Swansea, Wales to pick her up. Cannot wait to finally get her and drive her home.
Is it true that the Jap imports have the higher compression and therefore 247bhp as standard? Cannot wait hehe...
Many plans for it but for now i will get used to the power and treat it with great respect and be very careful with it! Used to a 1.4 80bhp monster so this thing will be VERY different!!

Congrats! The color rocks. Do you have a rear plastic window? If so, you might want to get a glass one. Other great mods are: a front bumper lip, an AP2 radio door, and I/E/H. Aftermarket Exhaust makes the car really fun.

What's the diff between the AP2 and AP1 radio door? and i will most likely get the glass window, but atm i just want to clear the slight debt to purchase the thing.

cheers dude. Just wandering if you need 95 or higher octane such as the loved Shell VPower type fuel to get the added bhp?
Would even MORE power be obtained through the PWJDM intake or would it only be half as effective due to slight difference in engine specs?
