Talking Just purchased an S!

Hey everyone, I just purchased a salvaged S2000 located in PA a few weeks ago. It's a 2007 NFR with 7,614 miles that had it's seats, floor mats and driver's airbag stolen. The passenger side seat belt was also cut, and obviously the soft top; everything else is in mint condition.

I managed to get it for the killer price of $13,500 USD. It doesn't just stop there : After buying everything required to restore it I ended up paying a total of $15,018 USD.

I live in Quebec, so I'll be driving down to PA soon to install everything! I'm thrilled because the S2000 has been my life long lover ever since I was a kid, but has always been out of reach because of how much it cost.

I used to drive a '99 VW New Beetle (my mom's) and then an '06 Mazdaspeed6. I loved my previous car and it hurt me a lot to let it go; but it just wasn't the car for me.

Congrats on the purchase, but how did you get the following items for $1,500? The top alone would cost around $1000...

New Top
Two Seats
New Floormats
Airbag

You got that from Ferretti right?

They had that car for ages haha I got my S2k from there for a bit cheaper 2 years ago but it had 17k on it and needed headlights couldnt be happier either. They are good guys to deal with, a bit shady but good.

Hahaha Ferretti is around the corner from me. So true what you say, great guys to work with and you get great deals, something just doesn't seem right there...but who cares, great deals! Almost picked up an '04 M3 with Salvage title from flood damage...just couldn't pull the trigger...water + BMW Electronics = not good.

Hey acheddadi...great find...careful with buying cheap seats and airbags though on EBAY...surf this site long enough and you'll learn that seats are stolen and sold daily. I'm sure there is an S2k owner somewhere crying over the seats you're installing (if they're OEM). You may not want the tonneau, I never see anyone use it...

Congratulations on your new car and welcome to S2ki!
