I wouldn't want to see you get in financial trouble owning an S. I usually recommend that people focus on getting their finances straight before considering this car (which is really a luxury, and not a necessity).
That said, at 19 you're old enough to make your own decisions. Just make sure you consider insurance, registration, excise taxes (if you've got 'em), and maintenance (which isn't bad) on the S before you jump in.

i'm considering an S myself. and i'm 18. the car wont be under my name, so whatever you say, i'm almost positive it'll be cheaper. but just looking for a basis.

thats waay to much for me. how much is it with i being under a different name? your dad's, i'm assuming? does he have a perfect record?
