Just bought my first AP1 S2k. Want to buy wheels. Anyone know how big I can go while not having clearance issues and not screwing up the handling?

Hi SK2!

Team Gaijin Racing [TGR] is the only [mostly] foreigner Motor Racing Team in Japan running an S2000. We race at Ebisu Circuit in Fukushima Prefecture in 6 and 12 hr endurance races. Pictures from our first race, earlier this year in the S2000 [previously we ran a Honda Prelude BB6] can be viewed on FB; http://www.facebook.com/TeamGaijinRacing Looking to share information on using the S2000 in endurance racing.

Cheers

Simon

Hi everyone!

I am in the market for an s2000 and decided to join up and learn as much about the car before buying one. I currently drive a 1997 Integra GS-R and am looking to upgrade to something a little newer, more reliable and more fun!!!

I look forward to learning a lot from here, and hopefully contributing some as well.

Hi all, my name is Robin and I live in Guelph Ontario.

Well, my first S2K is being delivered on Wednesday. Very excited.

My first two seater since university (a long time ago), when I kept a Triumph TR3 and a 1968 MGB alive and breathing.

Looking forward to gleaning much information from fellow S2K members.

Cheers!

Hiya guys,

My name is Sean and I am now a proud owner of UK spec 07' AP1 in honorary Suzuka Blue. I must say, even though I've owned it for 2 months I can't get enough of it and have zero regrets trading my BNR34 for it. Cars still bog stock but just chucked on a TODA dual dolphin tips on last week and holy damn that sounds addictive.

Cheers!

Greetings everyone! I'm the proud new owner of a stock '02 S2K...and just wanted to say hi and ask a stupid question. I've seen many intelligent postings and equally intelligent responses. This is NOT one of those intelligent question moments. My car is my weekend baby so I've only put about 500 mi. on it since I've owned it. Have any of you experienced the car getting uhh..hot on the inside of the car? The temp gauge stays normal, but sometimes after the car sits, the shifter gets a bit warm and so does the interior of the car. My other mechanical child is a '98 Prelude and that doesn't ever happen. I'm just thinking that since the S2K is so compact and all about the engine, that it's typical, but just wanted to see what you thought. Thanks!!! Again, sorry if this is a stupid question, it's just that this doesn't happen all the time..so..just not sure.
