Introduce yourself here! Part II

Hey All!
Marry Christmas to everyone.
Spaceman here, 33, from Cali. I guess Santa was kind to me this month, I have become an owner of an AP1 S2000 (yr2000 redlining at 9k I am all smiles). Received it with 88,000 miles, Silver, and bone stock which means I get to play with it, but it will cost some $$$$$$$$.
The first thing I did was get LoJack to come do what they do, the second thing was to replace the stock top with plastic window with a new top with a glass window. I was thinking about getting the hard top, but I feel the S2k was meant to be a convertible , just my opinion.
I did have a question off the back in regards to the ECU. This might be the wrong forum to ask this, if so please point me in the right direction. I was thinking about doing the basic upgrades: Cold Air Intake, Headers, Cat Back Exhaust, Cam Gears, you know regular stuff. In order to get the best performance from the upgrades, I understand that the S2k needs to get tuned. Now, with that being said, would I need to upgrade the ECU with something like Hondata or will the stock ECU be good enough for those types of upgrades????? Please assist, if not point me in the right direction.
Thank You Everyone!

Hi all. Own a 2000 S2000 with 19000 miles. It is 100% original and my plan is to keep it that way. It has never seen rain or snow and right now it is under its cover until spring. I just joined this group and wanted to reach out. Bought my s2000 used in 2004. Any thoughts as to where the value of these cars will go. It seems like they keep dropping in value. Comments are welcome.

Hey guys! Just thought I'd introduce myself. Just picked up an 05 NFR from a fellow member here. Will update with the regular maintenance in the next few weeks as well as future plans. Happy new year!

Hey guys
Long time lurker. Thought I'd start posting and getting involved on the forum.
My names Todd. I'm from sydney Australia and have owned my S for just over a year now. It's changed a fair bit in that time. I'm going to update a build thread so you can look across there.
I track the car and the build will be track focused.
Peace

Just signed up to thank the forum for all the DIYs and especially the pre-purchase inspection list/buyers guide. Although I haven't found the perfect single turbo project yet, I've passed on quite a few that could have been severe headaches if not for the Buyers Guide heads up.
With that said, if anyone needs a free Autocheck run, PM me the VIN and an email address (too big to send over PM). I've found Autocheck to be more detailed when it comes to frame/accident damage so just helping out...until my free checks go away.

Hello everyone
My name is Phil, I currently am selling my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, I will be buying a rather cheap daily driver and as soon as I can find a deal, I will be purchasing a s2000. I am rather familiar with car forums as I owned a 2005 Subaru WRX for 8 years that had many different mods on and off of it before I bought my Jeep 2 year ago. Looking forward to getting back into the car scene. Driving a Jeep just got kind of boring to me. Have a good day

Hello everyone, my name is Jay. I have owned an AP1 for about 8 months now and have been mostly lurking the forum. My TCT went bad recently and since I've heard good things about the billman replacement, I've decided to join. If anyone has any contact info, I would appreciate it. Currently waiting for spring to come around in Texas so I can enjoy top down weather!
