As for the S2000 what can I say I gave all that up for the convertible and rear wheel drive. As for the feel the S is definitely more responsive but I wouldn't say that much faster (please don't hurt me S2ki forum members).

I guess I should have said feels that much faster but numbers don't lie and bgoetz is right you shave a second in the 60 second and quarter mile acceleration times. I'm just suggesting that don't let numbers be the main factor in picking your car. WESt ICE 013 you'll have a blast with either one.

wow guys thanks a TON for all the info!
Hopefully this weekend ill make my way to the dealership that has a pretty nice 2006 rsx-s. Only one owner too. I checked their inventory and they have an s2k there also. I hope they let me test drive it.
I think ill put my dream car aside for now, im still pretty young and ill get a brand new one later down the road...err or will the s3k be out by then? haha

i'm on my way to having mine completely paid off so i don't know if i want to just keep it and not have payments or make a sacrifice and trade it for an S lol its a tough decision considering i have the options of not making payments
