I am new to the S2000 world and currently looking. How does $16,900 sound for a silver 2000 model with 21k miles. 6 disc changer and aftermarket alarm only things done to car

 

Sound like a good deal for a low mileage car. If it's in a good shape and clean title then go for it.

 

Definitely go take a look at it, and check the car thoroughly. In absolutely perfect condition, it's worth about 16k...possibly a little more. I personally would not pay over 16k for a MY00, just because some of them with a few minor scratches or dings have been sold for 12k or even less.

A lot of MY01's and even MY02's have been sold for that original asking price, but those probably had 50,000+ miles on them. If mileage is a big concern, I'd say to go for it.
