U sure bro...?

You had s2k, evo, sti and 350z and now another s2k...you sure you miss 350z?
I was actually shopping for another Z, before this GPW S came out for sale.

I made the right choice though

You'll love your S OP

Nice Z, love the color. Your comparison of acceleration between the Z and S was well stated.

Welcome to s2ki, enjoy your new car.

My little brother has an 03 350Z 6MT and I drive it every chance I can. I have an 07 Acura TL-S 5AT. Because of him I wanted the Z also but I cant get over the looks of the S. Hence the "noobie" status here. Im on my lookout also....

Just got my key made at local honda dealership last month. $40 for key then $49 for immobilize it (one or two still be the same price)
I bought remote for $36 on ebay and program it myself. So far I have no issue with the remote.

Congrats on the S. You'll love it more every time you drive it =]

How do you like the acceleration compared to the Z?
So...I just drove my Z for the first time in a couple of days. I've gotten used to the S and I wanted to see how it felt going back to the Z. It was quite an experience.

First thing I noticed is that the windshield looked like a movie screen. It just felt so panoramic in comparison; and the whole interior overall just feels much less "cockpit-ish" for lack of a better word.

Didn't have a chance to do much in the way of handling in the city, but it's kind of weird. In terms of what it's doing...how it is performing; it seems to perform just as well. It's just the way it does it. It's almost like it does it effortlessly...but I mean that in a bad way. I don't know how I can better explain it. Ok, remember when Jordan dunked from the free throw line? Now, remember when Dwight Howard dunked from the free throw line? Exactly. Yeah, they both did it...the difference in the two dunks were inches at best...but Jordan just did it with so much more flair and pizazz...it was a lot easier to appreciate.

With acceleration and response...wow. The Z has never felt so fast to me. And so touchy. For the first couples minutes, when I would start from a dead stop...I would rev up to 3k accidentally. The throttle is unbelievably light and touchy. Now I understand why my wife can't drive it for the life of her.

Overall...in a weird way, it made me appreciate the Z for what it is. It just feels very tame an civilized in comparison for standard city driving...but when you step on it, it goes. Very Jekyll and Hyde. The S2000 on the other hand is always Mr. Hyde...and I love it.

that certainly factors in. But certainly there is more to it than that.

By the way...I'm trying to use the word "certainly" as frequently as possible.

Certainly, certainly, certainly

welcome to the site. i was in a toss up for s2k,rx-8, and 350z.
i was tired of looking for a mt with low miles for the rx-8 and the z, plus too many women drive them. Im happy with the S its a track car and a daily in one.
