I've always had wood for the S2000 and the CR makes it that much harder lol

Nah. AC and radio are factory options on the CR. MOST cr's seem to come equipped with such, but there are some "hard core" ones out there. (And being on the Gulf Coast, the OP is definitely better served by purchasing a car with AC. 
)
